This absinthe is not for amateurs. Our absinthe is derived from botanicals, including the flowers and leaves of the wormwood plant, which we grow right outside of our barrel warehouse. This classically distilled absinthe verte is based on historic protocols and craftsmanship, and was made using only traditional roots and herbs in the same manner as the best absinthes of the 19th Century. It can be enjoyed as an ingredient in classic cocktails or in the traditional French method by mixing 3 to 5 parts of ice water with 1 part absinthe verte via a slow drip.
